Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares checked luggage allowance per person. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. ^Flights Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and peak travel periods.

*Return Airport Transfers
Includes Pick up from Mainland Hotel/Phuket Airport and transfer to TreeHouse Villas. Return transfer is from TreeHouse Villas, back to the Mainland and then onto Phuket Airport or Mainland Hotel. If customers wish to transfer out to TreeHouse Villas directly after landing into Phuket Airport, the flight must land no later than 3pm. On the return, flights will need to depart Phuket Airport after 11am.

Boat transfers to and from Treehouse Villas Koh Yao
• Departs 3 x daily from Yacht Haven Marina to Paradise Koh Yao between 8:00am and 4:00pm
• Departure 3x daily from Treehouse Villas Koh Yao to Yacht Haven Marina: 9:30am and 3:00pm
• Please note: if/when your flight arrives after 4:00pm, your one night stay at the Marina-Express Aviator Phuket Airport will occur.
• Boat transfers will not operate at night.
• Immigrations and baggage collection may take over 1 hour at the international airports.
