First part of the class:
Visit the local market to buy fresh ingredients and sightseeing the local lifestyle and test some local fruits or local food at the market. Our class will spend time in the market around 15-30 minutes and then move to our class just nearby the local fresh market. All guests register to our class and start to theory and some technique of Thai cooking and how to use the ingredient, how to prepare the ingredient, how to cook by following our recipe guide book after preparing the ingredient for all dishes just move to the kitchen.

Second part of the class:
Learning to cook all dishes in the kitchen is the most important part of the kitchen. Everyone has their own wok and stove to cook the dishes under direction by our chef and our staff attendant to help.

Third part of the class:
Enjoy eating your Thai dishes. Lunch from the dishes you have cooked for sure everyone will get the best dishes because during your preparation the ingredient our chef will introduce you to set up the ingredient for seasoning your dishes as you prefer because most of you are eating different levels of spice.

Transfer back to your hotel with a full and unforgettable experience of Thai cooking class. Also, everyone will get the recipe book and set of ingredients back home as a souvenir from our class.
